Take a 'base oil' like jojoba/almond/coconut oil & add a few single drops of an essential oil. Remember, the Pure Natural oils are pótent so 2-3 drops will be sufficient. Take the potion with you and roll a bit of it on your wrists, in your neck or wherever & whenever it's needed.
